Why did I choose these certifications?
I challenged myself to earn two U.S. certifications in International HR and Global Mobility.
For their strong business-oriented perspective, which allows me to go beyond the traditional France-centric approach to expatriate management.
I am currently the only freelance HR professional in France to hold both certifications (SPHRi and GPHR), which I renew every three years to ensure I stay fully up to date on these topics and approaches.

How long does each program last?

Is the support tailored to my personal situation?
Yes! Each program is personalized to match your professional needs and career goals.
What is the duration and flexibility of the “Career Compass” program?
The program is designed to last around six months, but it remains highly flexible. Every journey is unique and adapts to individual needs, whether in terms of pace or personal constraints. Some participants move quickly, while others prefer to take more time to deepen their reflections.
Can I use my CPF to finance the programs (french people) ?
I am not CPF-certified. It is a fairly long administrative process, and I am currently reflecting on whether certification is truly appropriate for my situation.
Indeed, access to CPF from abroad is very restrictive (only available to individuals under an active French employment contract), and in many cases, the decision to undertake a skills assessment comes after settling in the host country.
However, there is no need to worry: your CPF rights are “frozen” and can be used once you return to France.
The program I offer is designed to be primarily sponsored by the employer whenever possible.
This makes it even more relevant to preserve your CPF rights for future training when you return to France.
