We do not manage cookies on this site.

The contact will then be removed from the mailing list.

Contact Form and Calendly

When you fill out the contact form on my website, you provide me with personal data that I process for the purposes of answering your inquiries.

By clicking through my website’s links to CALENDLY, you will be providing me with personal data used to plan a meeting upon your request.

Controller

The delivery of audience measurement cookies to gather statistics, and the collection of data in the contact form and in CALENDLY are data processing methods as described by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purposes

The processing of data provided by audience measurement cookies delivered to website visitor terminals allows me to analyze the website’s performance.

The processing of data provided by the contact form allows me to communicate with website visitors that have filled out the form, and to answer their inquiries.

The data collected through the contact form may also be processed for the purposes of providing information to relevant persons.

This information may be provided in the form of a newsletter or through podcasts that relevant persons will be invited to follow. These platforms will discuss my various activities within my two companies, FORWARDS INTERNATIONAL HR and WITH MY EXPAT COMPASS.

The purpose of processing data provided by the CALENDLY form is to schedule professional meetings as requested by site visitors.

Legal Basis for My Processing Methods

The processing of data yielded by audience measurement cookies is based on the explicit consent provided by website visitors.

The processing of data yielded by the contact form and by CALENDLY is based on the explicit consent provided after having completed the forms (checkboxes required to send the forms).

The processing of data related to communicating information about my various activities within my companies is based on the explicit consent provided by visitors that fill out the contact form.

Types of Data Collected

The data I collect and process consist of identification (names) and contact (e-mail address and telephone number) information.

Audience measurement cookies placed on your computer allow me to collect and process data related to your browsing information, your device, your browser, as well as your IP address.

I do not collect or process so-called sensitive data.

Retention Period

Data provided by audience measurement cookies: 24 months maximum

Data provided by forms: 24 months maximum as of the most recent contact with the relevant person

Data Transfers

No personal data from any website user shall be published, exchanged, transferred, surrendered, nor sold in any way whatsoever to a third party without the user’s consent.

Only a potential case of third party acquisition of WITH MY EXPAT COMPASS, and of its rights, would allow for transferring data to a potential buyer. The latter would in turn be bound by the same legal obligations relative to the relevant persons.

Security Measures

All data communication between the website and my services takes place through secure means by way of a TLS protocol (HTTPS).

The data are encrypted and access to them is limited (through authorized profile authentication).

The data are hosted and processed within the European Union.

Rights of Data Subjects

When visiting the website, various data are collected with your consent. As a result, you are defined as a “data subject.”

The right to object (Article 21 GDPR): This right allows you to contest, at any time, operations required for the execution of tasks in the public interest, operations relative to the exercise of public authority that the controller may be charged with, or operations required for the fulfillment of legitimate interests by the controller or by a third party.

The right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13, paragraph 2-c, GDPR).

Legal Action with the Relevant Authorities

In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, should you deem that operations are in breach of your data rights, you may initiate proceedings with the relevant authorities in your place of habitual residence, place of work, or in the place where alleged infringement has been committed.

For legal action with French authorities, you may lodge a complaint by contacting the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
